Biography:
Assistant Professor and Assistant Dean, Academic, Schulich School of Law. Formerly civil litigation counsel with the Department of Justice Canada (Civil Litigation and Advisory Group - Atlantic Regional Office), with an emphasis on class action litigation, crown litigation and administrative law in the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal.
Research interests:
Youth criminal justice, child protection, youth and media, class action law and procedure, crown law, self-represented litigants in the justice system.
