Biography: Dean (July 1, 2005 - June 30, 2010); Acting Dean (July 1, 2001 - June 30, 2002) Associate Professor, Schulich School of Law and School for Resource and Environmental Studies at Dalhousie; Research Fellow at the Centre for Foreign Policy Studies.
