(Harvard) 1999. Supreme Court of Canada Law Clerk to Justice Estey 1987-88. Associate in Litigation, Stikeman, Elliott 1988-1990. Lecturer at York University (Osgoode and Glendon, part-time), University of New Brunswick (part-time), and the University of the Witswatersrand in South Africa (full-time) 1988-1993.
