Scholarship in Ocean Governance for Caribbean Nationals
The Marine & Environmental Law Institute at Dalhousie University Schulich School of Law, a PROGOVNET partner, is offering a one-year Nippon Foundation–sponsored Masters level graduate scholarship in research focusing on principled ocean governance topics of special concern to the Caribbean. Middle managers actively engaged in resource management issues would be ideal candidates for this program.
