SALSA Hosts Annual Party

The Social Activist Law Students Association (SALSA) held its annual SALSA party on Wednesday, November 14. The event brought together progressive minded students, faculty, community group members, politicians, and others who are dedicated to seeking social justice in the community and beyond.

In addition to providing an opportunity for networking and discussing ideas related to social justice, true to its theme, the party also featured lively salsa music and a variety of dishes made with salsa. 

“The event was a big success,” said Colin McMorrow, student member of SALSA. “I was impressed with the student representation from all three years and from community group involvement. It was a lot of fun.”
