Dalhousie
University is located in beautiful Halifax, Nova Scotia. One of the oldest cities in Canada, it was settled around the Halifax Citadel, the star-shaped fortress overlooking Halifax Harbour and now a national historic site.
Since its founding in 1818, Dalhousie University has played a prominent role in Halifax, but at the same time, it's been shaped by the city's vibrant culture, geography and friendly people. We think it's a wonderful place to live, a fun place to unwind, and a great place to study and gain work experience.
