Submissions

The Editorial Committee welcomes the submission of material for possible publication.  All citations should follow the Canadian Guide to Uniform Legal Citation, 6th ed. (Toronto: Carswell, 2006).  The guideline for maximum submission length is 15,000 words including footnotes.

We are currently accepting submissions of articles, book reviews, notes and comments from law faculty, scholars  (including articling students) and graduate students from across Canada and around the world. Send articles, book reviews, notes and comments to:

Please send your submission via e-mail in MS Word format only or by ordinary mail to the above address.  If using ordinary mail, please include two unbound copies and a CD copy.

The Dalhousie Law Journal does not accept parallel submissions.

Submissions must be accompanied by a statement that the manuscript is submitted for the exclusive consideration of Dalhousie Law Journal.
